Refunds and exchanges will only be given if proven fault of ours, within 14 days from date of purchase.

If you are shipping internationally, please mark “Return Cargo” on the outside of the package to avoid tax charges.
Shipping returns:
You will be responsible for any cost associated with the return. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned product(s). You may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for any loss or damages during transportation of product(s).
Please note that Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
Approval from us is required prior to any return, returns without prior approval are not accepted.
In case product(s) are not returned within 14 days of purchase then we cannot accept any return and replacement.

At UNIK Design Handmade Art Jewellery, we make every attempt to ensure that our online catalog is as accurate and complete as possible. In order to give you the opportunity to view our products in great detail, some products may appear larger or smaller than their actual size in our photographs; and since every computer monitor is set differently, color and size may vary slightly.
Our objective is to provide you with as much information and detail about your prospective purchase as possible so that you can see the beauty and shape of a particular item.
On the Site, we provide the measurement of our products based on our manufacturing specifications. As most of our jewellery are handmade, slight tolerances may be accounted for based on finishing during creating the jewellery. It is possible that there might be slight difference especially if you purchase two of the same jewellery.
For gemstone and pearl measurements, a tolerance of 0.25mm is allowed.
